this is where I am at

A lonely child

Bookmark and Share

Stare deeply into her eyes
Realize, the deep pain that lies
Home washed away to waters
Leaving nothing but tears...

There's future with no hope
Only darkness for a lonely child
No where to run and no where to hide
Lost in a world of unknown....

Voice of this child is unheard
No one to hear her cry
Sitting around the flood
Looking at facess , serching for love....

Look deep into the heart of this angel
Can you feel her helpless cry?
Just listen to the voice for once and for all
And you'll find the grief of a lonely child...

Touching poem. About the line "Voice of this child is unheard": Sadly, we can find children that fit this description in almost every country on the planet. As your writings reach a wider audience, let us hope that more people will:

1. become aware of these young unheard voices

2. find ways to give these children a voice and hope.

Your writings suggest that you are someone who cares deeply for others and inspires change.

Beautiful words, but words mean nothing to this poor girl and millions more like her.The world has to wake up instead of wars and testing weapons of mass destruction on other countries and then re-building, it is a shame to the one and only Super Power and its allies, for God sake stop the DRAMA's ad work for the survival of Humanity.

@ Deb Sistrunk....
Thank you for your words and yes, i agree with you . Every corner of the world we can see these kids who suffer alot and face all obstacles alone , some times even with out parents .
Nowadays i'm noticing lot of rape cases in girls and it is time to protect these innocent little girls from the eyes of sex maniacs ...

@ Arif Aslam...
Thank you for your comment and again i agree . The powerful nations are using these innocence people for their own benefit and it is these poor souls who have to pay the price. There are millions of children around the world who are suffering and silently weeping and it is time to listen to all these unheard voices..
