Never for the same reason

Life never promise to give us happiness all the time....It's a mix of happiness bonded with sadness and every day we come across things which will hurt us and pull us down emotionally. They hurt us so much that we want to keep on crying endlessly. We cry till we have no more tears to fall down and every tear which falls from the eyes are tears of pain in the heart.........
Cry as much as you want. Put all your tears out wrapped in pain. Let your cheeks feel the pain and the heaviness of your tears. Let your mind feel the depth of your pain and cry till you can't cry any more. A good cry always help you to heal emotionally and sooner than you realize you will be your self again.
You have become a stronger person who you never was and those tears will make you mature and give you strength to see things clearly than before. But remember what ever reason you cried for is now over and it was a experience which you had and don't ever cry for the same reason again......You are a stronger person with experience of how to deal with situations and don't ever let the same reason even in different circumstances pull you down.....

Awwww, you took me back to the time I cried endlessly. You are right. At difficult situations this is the best way to heal. Crying with sooth you and as every one I also cried, felt helpless and alone and all these made me very strong. And even again if I face the same situation again I know I will smile and say back off.
